In a world where change is the only constant, sometimes coming home to yourself is the only salve. Thankfully, Yoga is a practice that always meets you where you are and heals you exactly where you need it most.
Join us for a 1-day retreat with open-air Yoga practices, meditation, and hiking with a catered lunch. At the end of the day, we'll be joined by Ashi Fellers for a healing and meditative soundbath.
All levels of Yoga students will be fulfilled and empowered throughout the day. You will leave this day centered, connected, nourished and ready to flourish into the Spring season.

Please bring a Yoga mat, a mug or thermos for tea, and your favorite journal/pen
Props are provided but you are welcome to bring anything that will support your practice

Your Retreat Guides
Della is a 500HR RYT yoga teacher that guides students through many different modalities of Yoga through group classes, private offerings, and retreats. As she continues to learn and grow through this healing practice, she becomes more and more passionate about sharing it with others. With the belief that Yoga is truly for everyone, you'll find that Della offers an approachable, safe, and supportive container for you to explore what your body, mind, and soul need in any given class. It is her intention that all students leave her offerings feeling at least a little bit more grounded, embodied, and relaxed.
Nora is a seasoned yoga instructor and teaches all levels including specific Yoga teacher trainings. Her classes accommodate students with a wide range of challenges whether physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual. She guides students safely and knowledgeably through yogic postures and practices helping students to release stress and tension, strengthen the body and mind, and learn to relax deeply. In Yoga Therapy, Nora prescribes Yogic practices along with counseling to help bring clients back into alignment, build strength, work through pain and injuries and clear energy channels to increase the life force.
